Progmatics' methodology stresses collaborative approaches. In each of the phases, we collaborate closely with client's executive to determine roles, responsibilities & accountabilities. During each project phase, Progmatics maintains continuous and productive contact with clients.
Project Control
A critical factor in ensuring successful projects is project control. In each phase we maintain close attention & communication with our clients. Variations to the scope of work are accepted only after formal client approval. Our project manager has project oversight and reports progress on a regular basis, and so ensures that Progmatics meets project deadlines.
