Project Organisation

Progmatics' methodology stresses collaborative approaches. In each of the phases, we collaborate closely with client's executive to determine roles, responsibilities & accountabilities. During each project phase, Progmatics maintains continuous and productive contact with clients.

Project Control

A critical factor in ensuring successful projects is project control. In each phase we maintain close attention & communication with our clients. Variations to the scope of work are accepted only after formal client approval. Our project manager has project oversight and reports progress on a regular basis, and so ensures that Progmatics meets project deadlines.

Project Plan

The Project Plan covers each phase.

• Proposal: the Project Plan maps out the collaborative processes necessary, and the Stakeholders involved, for a detailed Proposal.
• Architecture: the Project Plan identifies the outcomes and acceptable performance - for example, speed, user friendliness and report flexibility.
• Construction: the Project Plan identifies agreed scheduled milestones, sub-milestones and the audience for Project Reports.
• Commissioning: the Project Plan identifies Change Management strategies, training and support agreements.

Project Reporting

Progmatics' project manager prepares regular reports encompassing variations, milestones and exceptions. Clients have input on:

• items planned to be completed and actually completed in current period
• items to be progressed and to be completed in next period
• issues that might impact on the project
